  • It’s an honour to join a select club of ITIL experts.

  • Taken as a whole, ITIL 4 practises and their implementation throughout the company make sense after taking MALC.

Using ITIL 4 as a Base for Your Project

Why Start with DPI?

This is the course I would take initially to learn about the foundations of the Service Value Stream (SVS), build the environment for service creation and delivery, stakeholder management and finally look at the high-speed environment.

Focus Your Attention on The Company

If you’re interested in learning more about ITIL’s new training schema and its emphasis on a service value framework, governance and guiding principles are essential. To ensure that new/changed goods or services are approved in accordance with the ITIL 4 Direct, Plan, and Improve principles, ITIL 4 focuses on those areas.

What You Need to Do to Be Successful

Organizational change management (OCM), continuous improvement, and measurement and reporting are all part of DPI’s focus on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Despite the fact that these subjects may seem a little boring, they are absolutely essential to delivering a high-quality service.

Although this course has only been offered for six months, within that period we have received multiple syllabus modifications.

Over the following several months, the syllabus for the four complete Managing Professional courses will be updated. Make sure you’re up to speed on all of the changes to the curriculum. The Strategic Leader route will be available in the second half of 2020.
